Hey, 

I've got this issue : No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for more details.

But all was working before I don't know like 2 hours ... 

I've try to reload the RDP and reload the server but nothing change, as I can read is issue with FFMPEG ? not sure

Im having the same issue. Mine doesnt seem to work for any transcodes with FFmpeg or my Hardware P2000. Just Direct play works. Im running windows server 12 and seems it happened during an update.
