Delays stacks and music interruptions

Hello sir, it’s been 3 days our Emby Server we have many delays, and our users complain about because they can’t sing in or the music interrupted etc…
We contact with our technician on our server, and he said that maybe Emby has updated…
Can you please check it out whats wrong ?
We have premium account with 100 users and our version is 4.6.7.0

It was begun about the morning of 18/5 and since then continue the problem even after reboot…

Hello sir, everything seem to be perfect after update, but some users inform us that the UI of you can reduce or increase volume with the microphone icon is disappeared and they can’t adjust the volume…
All the users use Chrome.

Can you please imagine what’s wrong?

The web UI doesn't change volume by itself. Maybe they're changing system volume?
