Does the client need updating to see these new options in the OSD?

Im trying to find the new mini guide while watching tv.

Guess that depends how old you're client is. If fairly new (.70 I think) it should be there. It looks like three lines in the OSD, has been mistaken for a playlist apparently.

That's all in the Web Client and the mobile Android app, plus a few other apps, but it's not in the ATV app.

You can sideload the Android app onto your device if you wish, downloadable from here.

I have a Sheild as my main device. For now, until the Apple TV app is on par.

Is there plans to have this added to the TV apps?

@ebr would need to comment on that, although personally I hope it doesn't as the Android TV app, in my opinion, is superior to the Android app.

Saying that, sideload the Android app as it has a TV mode, so it will look very similar, but more akin to the web client.

That's the main thing I'm after. The mini-guide On Now.

I have built a shortcut key using the netflix button, but it's buggy and not reliable.

Would love to have this added.

Option for both. The guide as it stands today but also a horizontal listing of everything.

It’s nice to see artwork when browsing content.

I'm waiting for this too because I think it looks much better and text based graphics are much easier to comprehend then the current icons
