I would like to know how can I take my license from other emby servers that I put to test but I formatted the computer and I no longer have access to them

Your Premiere key is not tied to any server, whatever key you received in your mail will be the one to use.

Sorry, I didn't understand that.  You can retrieve your key right from the Premiere page in your server dashboard.
