How to switch between docker and the normally installed version

At the beginning, I installed emby through docker, but now due to some performance problems of docker, I need to use the normally installed emby server, how can I use the docker data for the binary version. I tried to overwrite it directly, but when I log in it reminds me that my password is wrong ,but I confirm that I have not entered the wrong password.
