AndyBak 17 Posted May 10, 2022 Posted May 10, 2022 My daughters Xbox One on the local network can connect to our Emby server and browse etc but none of the premier related features are working, i.e. its prompting for premier which we have. At the moment the home network doesn't have an internet connection (fibre down and waiting to be fixed) however all other devices on the local network including an Xbox One X can connect to the server and play content without being prompted for premier. Any ideas? Thanks

That's the reason as the app/device needs to validate. The other devices are still working because we cache a successful validation for a bit just for this purpose - so you don't lose service in a temporary outage. However, any new device is not able to validate until the connection is working again. 1
