Automatically convert uploaded camera video's

Hi all,

I really want to use the camera upload function more as a means to backup photo's and video's from connected devices.

I've noticed that smartphone videos are stupidly huge for the quality they provide. Easily over a GB for barely two minutes of video is strange. If camera upload could automaticlly convert the videos to HEVC and a normal bitrate whilst keeping resolution and framerate the same I that would be great to reduce the space it is taking up. I think it is best to do this after the upload because the upload speed would be really low otherwise.
