Make a Remote Player Sticky

Was wondering if you could make a particular player "stick" as the only option.  I have some old Windows Phones (920) on wireless cradles in each room, and would love if I could lock each phone to a specific DLNA or MBC endpoint.

The list of remote play options is dynamic ie: the list is compiled each time it is requested... How can it be assumed another client will be available?... What should happen if it is not available?

I'd suggest the same thing when the device is unavailable (like if it was turned off after the last refresh).  I'm assuming some kind of error.
