fxwegr 6 Posted May 9, 2022 Posted May 9, 2022 Like the WEB interface, Android TV should also be able to process HTML tags. Unfortunately it does not recognize the tags as such, but treats them like normal text.
ebr 16184 Posted May 9, 2022 Posted May 9, 2022 Hi. The Android TV app is not a web application and does not natively work in HTML. However, it does recognize the <br/> tag for line breaks. Also, if you install the standard Android app on the device, it may understand those other tags as it does have a different UI layer.

What do you mean with "Standard Android app". Installed is Emby for Android TV 2.0.70g. Is this not the standard Android app?
ebr 16184 Posted May 9, 2022 Posted May 9, 2022 Hi. You can also sideload our other Android app on your device. https://emby.media/emby-for-android.html
