Emby server not consistently remotely reachable

Hey everyone, currently having an issue, over the last week or two, where the emby server (4.6.7.0) is no longer reachable remotely. I therefore restart the pc and also the server from within emby, it will come back up and be reachable remotely temporarily (1 or 2 hours) then go back to "server unreachable." A user has tested, and I have tested with the same result via my android phone. No networking changes, firewalls, or AV has been installed on my PC recently, this is the first time the server is spontaneously unreachable outside the network over many years of emby use, anyone had this issue, or know some troubleshooting steps I can take? Thank you!

Are you actually port forwarding or using automatic port forwarding (UPNP)?

Yup should be through upnp, restarted the server again, checked canyouseeme.org, server was reachable for about an hour, tested again, now It's showing up as a timed out error.

Have you restarted your Router?

But you could try manual port forwarding instead of UPNP>

Same problem here. Nothing changed but the server becomes unavailable remotely and a simple reboot solves it for a few hours only.

@mixtervandal please attach the emby server log from when this happened. Thanks.

@suprasaiyan123 please let us know if this helps. Thanks.

Hello guys, sorry busy few days, I was able to port forward on the router yesterday, which seemed to have fixed the problem via Happy2Plays advice, still ensuring it's all stable. Restarting the router did not work for me, not sure exactly what changed recently, but no networking changes happened on my end from what I can tell.
