I just purchased some new headphones (Microsoft Xbox Headset), now whenever I attempt to play media in Theater when they are connected I just get the spinning loading wheel and nothing ever happens. I think it has something to do with the audio pass through as I've noticed the issue seems to be when I play AC3 Dolby files. The headphones are Atmos enabled as well. I've toggled 'exclusive' audio settings on and off in the Theater app as well as Windows sound settings to no avail. As soon as I disconnect the headphones the media plays fine. Also plays fine with the headphones in a web browser so seems to be specific to the Theater app. Any suggestions?

Hi, can you try unchecking the passthrough options?
