Password reset issues

Attempted to reset a users password, followed the instructions to no end. Said the supplied pin was incorrect. 

Attempted again, at that point all users password were reset.

Hi, it's time limited, so it probably expired. When you use the password reset process, if you don't know the name of the user that you're trying to reset the password for, then it just resets all of them in order to help you get back into your server.
