Cannot setup Library in Synology

Hi,

Please help me understand why I cannot setup emby on my Synology.

I want to map my existing default Photo folder in emby to see my existing photos.

DS118   DSM 7.0.1-42218 Update 3

I installed emby, I can connect to it (inside LAN) but when I try to enter the Library folder is empty. The Photo folder should contain lots of subfolders.

I granted emby user Write/Read access in Shared Folder settings. Not sure what else I am missing to make it work.

Did you run a library scan after setting up the library?  If so can you post a server log when the scan happened?  Possible there is a file access issue.

I did, it scans for a few seconds then stops.

Are you talking about embyserver.txt log file? I can attach it, but I don't see anything scan related there.

(I have basic IT skills, sorry if I misunderstand)

Yes, from the server settings page...Advanced...Logs.  The log may have an error for why it's starting and stopping really quick.  If you can post that someone can take a look.
