metadata does not download in Latin Spanish, but in Spanish Spain

I have set up my emby server, I have placed themoviedb and thetvdb as scraper, I have selected Spanish language and Mexico country, but when making an identification of a series it appears in Spanish Spain.

Will need an exact example, which series and what is the preferred scraper, but wild guess would be no es-MX translation. Do post server log also.
