can't play video on ios

I had a refresh re-installation of my emby server with old media files. I could view my video on web client (mac or iphone), and also on kodi tv with emby-next-gen, but I failed to view any content on my iphone of ipad.

Some videos show: "Playback Error: No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details.", while other videos say "content no longer available".

My server version is 4.6.7.0, from docker emby/emby_server:latest.

HI, looks like you're playing in safari. Have you tried the Emby iOS app instead?
