2 movie with same name in continue watching

In my library i have many movie in 4K and also in 1080p, with identical title but with different file name:

Troy (2014) 4K.mkv

Troy (2014).mkv

In this case in "continue watching" appear 2 movie with same name, there a solution to avoid this? 

Infact would be correct show only the movie 4K or 1080p that i was watching..

Dozens of topics on this as these items are tracked in userdata by providerids.  Both items have the exact same id so as many versions will show in continue watch as you have that are not grouped/multi-versioned.
