I have an Emby Premiere and I was uploading movies and series content, but I formatted my PC and I can't find anything anymore and the password and login always give errors, how do I solve this, I lose all the settings I made before I had to format the PC ?

What did you actually format and why? 

Remember, formatting is deleting everything and starting again...

Sorry I am a little confused as you don't upload any movies or series.  You attach your own folder library to your install of Emby server to present your media.

If you formatted your system, you would need to reinstall Emby Server and recreate your media libraries.

Now if you previously used the Server Configuration Backup plugin then you just have to Reinstall Emby, install the plugin and restore your last configuration backup.  But none of this has anything to with your physical media.  If it was on the system you formatted, you will need to recreate it all.

I formatted my computer myself, and when I went to access Emby to continue I couldn't access it anymore. Is everything lost in this process if you format the computer?

Emby is not a cloud solution. If you have formatted/deleted the content, yes it's lost. If you just formatted the Emby server and not the actual content (e.g. stored on NAS or other location), then Emby server must be completely reconfigured.
