Emby Premiere more options and features

I would be very interested in subscribing to Emby Premiere, but I am not sure if the more options can give me a significant advantage over standard emby.

For example these two features:

Hardware Accelerated Transcoding .... would improve the speed of the video stream for those who connect to my server?

Configuration Backup Plug-in .... it would allow me to make a backup of all server settings including the folder /ProgramData/metadata

Depending on your hardware, but yes for all media playback sessions.

Currently no, but there are changes coming as this has been discussed.  And believe it would have to be a selectable option.

As this folder can be rather large depending on your setup.  Llike my /metadata/people folder being 60+Gb also.
