Another way to install emby-server.

I want to install emby server without the .deb method because i want to install it on a vps that has docker container. And while installing with dpkg method it gives me error that I cannot do it because the host is down and error PID 1 something something.

 

I can't explain it very well because even i don't understand it clearly.

I just want to know if there is any other way to install emby-server that does not involve dpkg .

Based on my understanding i think that I have to make a new docker container to do this.. Or can I install it on my ubuntu vps which is already a docker.

To be straightforward , I have already installed ubuntu as my docker .

I'm so sorry if I'm frustrating, I have an exam coming up and nervous therefore I just want to clarify so that I don't waste my time googling stuffs.

You just have to install docker and then follow the instructions.
