Episodes missing, but not missing?

What up all.  Got a weird issue with recently added episodes of Ozark.  The files play in VLC fine, they show in recently added episodes in Emby and play fine from there, but they show as missing from the actual show listing, but the episode count on the season poster is right?  It's weird.  I made a video showing the issue and posted the link below.

Things i've done:

Rebooted server
Rescanned Library
Refreshed Metadata
Removed folder from library and rescanned, deleting all nfo files, then readding folder and rescanning

This happened to me once before but it just kindof fixed itself before I could do any troubleshooting.  Server log attached.

If you enter a item that shows missing does it show a split apart button near the bottom in Media Info?  As it sounds llike multi-versioning happenened with virtual item and real item.

If you disable user "Display missing episodes within seasons" option does it make a differece?  User settings-Display

And/or if you moved that Series to a Test library do you get the same results?  On reason the dev would love to get ride of this missing episode option.

test library good idea.  The episodes are no longer missing in new library, but the metadata still isn't populating.  The files will play from the season listing now.  Moved the files back to regular library, and now it's the same as the test library.  Episodes no longer missing but still no metadata scraping happening for ep8 and beyond.  At least they play now.

Okay the metadata issue is you are still on TVDB v3 api in 4.6 and am guessing the metadata was added to these episodes today as they where released and there is about 24 hour delay on v3 api metadata update.

This does changed in 4.7 as it is using TVDB v4 api that updates a lot faster when updates are applied to TVDB.

Proof a TVDB v3 api issue as here is 4x08.

Yes devs would like to release any day now.  Just ironing out some last minute transcode regressions.
