How to improve data and video stream of movies ?

I have a very good fiber line 1000Mbps-down and 350Mbps-up nominal... see test enclosed.

I have a lot of 4K movies and I wanted to know if there is any setting in Emby or in my Qnap QNAP TS-451D2-2G to improve the data and video stream, so that whoever is connected to my server can see movies in fludity

Hi, you could have isp throttling on either side of the connection causing this. Have you looked into this?

What bitrate of 4K media? 

But it will be likely to have ISP throttling.  Remote playing high bitrate items will be problematic across the Internet, that is why streaming service have specific limits on all their media.
