Subtitle offset for ASS subtitles doesn't work

Not sure if this hasn't been implemented or something. But thought I'd mention that ASS subtitles (which I'm very appreciative work really well on emby compared to any other platform) don't offset at all when using that setting in the player on Android TV.

This might affect regular android app but I don't have one to test.
