Video Pinning/Highlighting/Sticky...something like that?

Topic sums it up. Is there a way to pin/feature/sticky or otherwise manually present a video to users on their home screens?

I'm migrating folks over from Plex, and I thought I'd make a small video to show some differences, and also things they should be aware of and use (like the version selection). It'd be nice if I could pin this video so every knows it's there.

Otherwise I think I'll have to make a small pre-roll telling them it exists, and have that run in front of everything for a few weeks.

Make a library with that video alone and put first in My Media? That video willl be exposed and prominent in Latest row?

That might be ok as a workaround, I don't think my users reshuffle their home screens a lot.
