How and where is a user supposed to go to change the billing method for Emby Premiere?

Please advise, thanks

@ebr  Thanks for the quick response.  I'm currently using PayPal, but they keep jacking stuff up.  So how do I change it from PayPal to a card?  Only thing I can think of is to cancel the auto payments within PayPal.

Okay, yeah, if you want to go from PayPal to a card you would follow the instructions for "Upgrading" your membership as they would be the same.  We should probably add a topic for this specifically.

You're correct - cancel the PayPal one and then just start a new one with your card.

Thanks.

I just added a new KB article for this specific process.

@ebr Ok thanks.  I would recommend doing this all within Emby.  Plex has the ability to do this when logged in, but here is the catch.....PayPal will still show the auto payment as active! In order to not be double charged, the user will have to go into PayPal, go to place to manage auto payments and cancel or deactivate the auto pay.

Yeah, well that's because they force you to be "logged in" with them...  We don't.  You do not have to have any sort of account with us to use our system or purchase Premiere.  That does make some of this type of thing a little more complicated, but it also means we aren't in charge of all of your users -  you are.
