Artifact and Jumps on M3U from TVHeadEnd

Hello guys i have some artifact and jumps on emby wille on VLC is everything OK anyone have any idea ?

On my tvheadend it is on pass, tried all diferent profiles but no luck with that,

Hi @Luke i have set the image to a fixed version because i have changed some things in the web UI, i will try to update to newer versions the next weekend. But just questioning can unstable internet upload cause this kind of image jumps and image artifacts?

Since i use it to upload to my dedicated server and then receive from dedicated to my home?

That could be a factor, yes. Lowering the in app quality setting can help mitigate that although I see you've already set it to around 1 mpbs.
