Trailers Plugin - how do I update/refresh

Hi Guys,

 

Noticed my trailers haven't updated in quite some time - most recent release seems to be DC super-pets which has been the case for a while - was looking or the new Thor trailer, the tailer for Lost city and operation mincemeat but none of them are available.

 

Is there a way to manually refresh the trailers?

Hey what about a new refresh on the Movie/TV shows data for Trailers?

Too bad we cant make it a scheduled task.

The selection should be pretty up to date right now.

Hello!
The trailers doesn't seemed to be updating, all the current trailers stops at movies from 2024.
How can I update it?
I saw in an other post that triggering the "Refresh Internet Channels" task might help, but it doesn't.

Sorry you can't as it requires human intervention with who ever controls the content updating it.

Currently Emby is suppose to be working on a new source as they really do not exist in the free world.

mines also didn't update since 2024. Latest I see is : despicable me 4. 

Is it because they can't find a free source or I'm missing something?

Hi that's part of it, yes. This has been resolved for the upcoming 4.9 server release though.

This is good news as mine hasn't updated since some time in 2024.  My better half has been nattering at me to "just fix it"!   I'm showing 4.8.11 on my server.  Any estimated timetable for 4.9 release?

I've also noticed this as they're all from 2024 and we're halfway into 2025 now.  I was scouring my settings for 15 minutes before taking to the internet for search. Glad it's not something I broke.  Admittedly I don't use the trailers feature much but if I'm bored I'll use that to see what's new... and nothing has been new in quite some time. It took more than 6 months to notice it was never changing.
