Imdb And The Movie DB Not Working

I was wondering if anyone else is having the issue of the movies not pulling the metedata?

Tv shows are working just fine you drop the file and the server pulls all the required information such as dates, network, genre, people etc...

But the movies are only showing the title, year, time (length), video (1080p), Audio and chapters not even the pics... had to add things manually so it's not showing anything really in regards to information.

I ran ran scheduled task to scan metedata folder, libraries i ran all of them and did a refresh on the individual movies when you go in to see the movie information and nothing.

No settings have changed on my end at least not that I've changed. So any feedback would be appreciated thanks.

I did what you said @Happy2Play Restarted the Modem, Router, NAS and it worked. So strange.
