Emby is not recognized on Android

I installed Emby on my Windows, it is working perfectly.

But the android app doesn't recognize my server

Can you see the server from any device other than the one it's installed on? - check that machine's firewall.

Can you see the server from any device elsewhere in your network, but not outside? - check your port forwarding.
