LIVE TV Guide XML Download

Hi, 

I use https://m3u4u.com/ for my TV guide. The issue is the URL feature they provide is not a direct XML file, for example 

http://m3u4u.com/m3u/4z2xnj265whddez

This URL downloads an XML file, EPG-Guide-20220420081011, the date stamp updates every time you download it.

the issue is that Emby won't work with this type of download, one where the name changes all the time, as it seem to have to have a fixed filename.xml 

Any chance this can be made to work, as more and more TV guide providers are going as this now.

Yes, URL is always the same, as the end of the URL is your unique profile identifier

I went through the debug logs and sorted it. The URL the provider gives is a generic one and allows you to download a few file types, if you change the URL to EPG prefix it forces the XML file down and this has fixed the issue.
