Freezing in chrome - Qnap

Hi there,

we have a Qnap TS-435a running the latest firmware and the latest version of Emby. We stream from local lan e.g (http://192.:8096/web/index.html) on a chrome browser. However it seems that we get constant freezing then play then play then freeze. Most files are MKV but then again it seems that it does it with AVI and MP4 files occasionally. I have attached log files any help would be appreciated.

Hi, looks like it's freezing due to you not getting fast enough transcoding. Do you have Emby Premiere? That would add hardware transcoding features which may get you faster performance.

How are your server transcoding settings configured? Can you please show a screenshot? Thanks.
