Update Release Schedule

While I understand making sure majority of bugs are eliminated during beta releases is important, we're coming up on 5 months since the last stable release. 

Looking at the: 

Cumulative changes since previous stable release

list, there is obviously a lot of work that has taken place since November. 

 

That said, what has to happen for a beta release to qualify it to be upgraded to a stable release? 

No one wants buggy software in their "stable" releases, but is Emby now on twice yearly upgrade cycle?

Just look at the list of what's been added since last stable.. doesn't some of this warrant being pushed out more frequently than every 6 months? Did something happen that was so major it broke the beta code to the point where its been rebuilt? Would milestones / a roadmap help? Just trying to figure out why the Emby stable server update cycle has slowed.
