sakings7402 0 Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 I am running the newest version of Ubuntu and no matter what I do I cannot find my drives. I thought that it was a computer problem but I tried Plex and it can find them. I don't really like how Plex is and want to get Emby back up and running. Can you please let me know what I need to do to get Emby to find my external drive.

I am still trying. looks like youre letting the OS mount your drives for you, which generally results in messed up permissions. You're going to need to mount them from the command line yourself. Follow that guide, or at least explain what you're trying and the results so at least we can follow along and help.
