Localhost:8096 refuse connection everytime I reboot my computer

Hello,
I ran emby smoothly for few days, all of a sudden Localhost:8096 refused connect.
I reinstall the media server and it works fine.
But after i reboot my machine. it refuse to connect again, and it fixed if i reinstall media server.
But it refuse connect again after i reboot my machine..
Sorry for my poor english and I am complete noob on this. thanks for the help!

Hi, are you sure emby server is running?

Are you expecting Emby to run as a service and start when you reboot the machine without a user logged in? 

Or start when a user logs in?

Is Emby installing under the same user you are logging in with?

i dont know , but before things happen, i download emby window media server,
after installing,my media page pop up and i used for fewdays. and book marked the page http://localhost:8096/
it usually run as front page of my chrome but it suddenly refused connection

Yes, without logs in
I only has one user registered in my computer.

On a system reboot you have to log in to host in order for Emby to start assuming you have the option enabled. Dashboard-Settings

Run server at startup
This will start the Emby tray icon on Windows startup. If you've set up a Windows service then leave this unchecked and configure the service to run at startup.

If you are expecting Emby to run without login in after a reboot you will need to run as a service.

I just leave it and I shut down windows.
after turning on the machine, the same local host refuse the connection.
But it fixed if i reinstall emby windows server,

I am so noob that I have no idea what you suggested, but I will try it out. Thanks!

"Run server at startup" is an option on the server settings page.
