ISP down Emby stopped connecting to local

My ISP has been down due to weather. I am trying to connect to EMBY using the theater Program for PC. My server is on the same local network.  It fails.  White screen at first then black. That's it.  Posting this from my phone.

Theater Desktop won't start without internet connection. Use Theater Store or local Web app (browser).
