Kinda annoying to have to walk someone through how to sideload an app if they're more of a "Plug and Play" person.

The standard app has just gotten them first. Thanks.

Thanks, just seems a bit baffling as the FireStick app was only released on the 5th and the Android around 22nd March (If I'm correct?) But good to know it will end up working okay, hopefully not long. Really liking Emby other than this inconvenience 1

Refresh - Got to have transcoding forced off otherwise it unnecessarily transcodes 10 Bit HEVC (video profile not supported) - Plays fine when forced off or via sideloaded Android app as before. VirulentPip 93 Posted July 5, 2022 Author Posted July 5, 2022 Yes, every 10bit HEVC file will unnecessarily transcode (video profile not supported) if set up in user to be able to transcode, when transcoding is not allowed it plays back fine. This is across multiple firesticks too.
