Changing path locations?

I come from Plex. Plex is an amazing piece of software but I like to try new things. I installed Emby on my primary Windows 11 computer that is all networked with an unraid server holding about 80TB of media content. Is there a way I can change the network paths for data that's already there?

Cache:
C:\Users\opent\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\cache

Logs:
C:\Users\opent\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\logs

Metadata:
C:\Users\opent\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\metadata

Transcoding temporary files:
C:\Users\opent\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\transcoding-temp

If you're expecting to point these at Plex's equivalent folders, while it conceivable that both programs could use the same folder (so long as the file names don't clash) for cache, temp and log files, any expectation that they would actually share metadata is surely misplaced.

Frankly I wouldn't even try, though.

I wouldn't even think it. I don't want to put everything on my main C drive. I have a perfectly empty 2TB NVMe PCIe 4.0 ready for some handling. Right now I'm running Plex and Emby. Just off of a couple of days I do see Plex's maturity stand out with a lot more options and control. I bet Emby will eventually catch up, but for now if I can't have a little more control over the processing I'll keep using Plex but fool around with Emby. One feature I do love is that stats page for nerds. I can get that type of information from Plex, but have to use different screens and methods.

Transcoding temporary files:
C:\Users\opent\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\transcoding-temp

In your WebUI:

Cache: Settings>Settings tab

Metadata: Settings>Library tab>Advanced

Transcode-temp: Settings>Transcoding tab

For Logs, you can use symlink (as you can for any of the above, as well).
