Aspekt Kapitel Thumbnails werden gestaucht 16/9 -> 4/3 (SD/MKV/DVD)

Die Kapitel Vorschaubilder von 16/9 SD Material werden nur verzerrt im 4/3 Verhälnis angezeigt. 

Dies betrifft die Web App, Emby Theater und die Android app (3.2.45); ATV app ist davon nicht betroffen.
