Also they have a LOT of vertical spacing(too much) when it's two lines

they are very thing, small, and have too much vertical spacing between lines

'normal' size is extra tiny

Yes dude and that works but the ‘normal’ size is way too small, the font no matter what the size is way too thin and the vertical spacing is way too much

Can you please give us an option to use bold subtitles and/or how thick we want to make the outline of  uniform subtitles?

subtitle fonts should be the system font stack
