No scrollbar and close/minimize should stay on top

I don´t see my scrollbar, is this a bug or a feature?

Also, the "control bar", the one with  minimize/maximize and close icons that should allways be on top doesn´t stay on top, so when I want to do any of those actions I need to scroll all the way to the top to be able to do that. This is definitly a bug!

Hi, sounds like you have the app in TV display mode? If your primary input method is a mouse then I would change that to Desktop.
