Emby wrongly setting metadata, despite being identified

At a loss with this one. Got some DVD rips here of Peter Kay comedy shows, I'd like them on my server. 

So I've gone to add them, and by default it does nothing.

I've tried to identify "Live At The Top of the Tower" and it's setting the name as "Out of Control" made by Nickelodeon. (TVDB 62925 IMDB tt0285893 TheMovieDB 36044). When I'm searching the results are just showing up blank, even though everything is clearly available from TVDB and TheMovieDB. 


Tried refreshing metadata, rescanning library files, deleting and readding it, restarting the server, all yields the same result. 

Any ideas?

What library content type library do you have this in?

What metadata downloader do you have enabled and in what order on the library?

@Happy2Play Hi, log attached. I've put it in with TV shows, seemed most fitting.

It cannot be identified as TV as both providers list it as a Movie.  As TV Emby will not query the /movie side as it is restricted to /series /tv (depending on provider).  Also note provider ids can be the same on both sides giving different results in some cases.

As a Documentary on IMDB, but note IMDB is never used, the id is used via Emby providers.

So this loop between providers ends up with a bad match.
