All Tuners Busy Message

Hi, is it possible to get a notification that all tuners are busy, both when you try to start a stream and there are no free tuners and when you get kicked off a channel because the recorder has stolen it. The first seems the easiest to implement and the most helpful, I can understand the second may be more difficult to implement. Dvblink just plays a short vid in loop saying all tuners are busy

I turned off the DVBLink video loop.  I would rather it fail than to see the All tuners busy message, Also, I hate recording 30-60 minutes of the video loop instead of an actual show

I never actually see the video unless dvblink is down because I use the mc_recorder. Though I had a phase of errors and I grew to hate it with a passion too!
