Tweaks to "More Like This"

Hi

Can a tweak be made to "More Like this" to exclude the current album artist's records from the list?  They add no value.

See below this is a pretty consistent case - The Talking Heads albums appear in "More from" and also More Like. 

this is 4.6 and is a consistent issue.
