Emby server docker: hardware acceleration has stopped working

Hi,

 

So far everything has always worked perfectly, running on a N4100 with UHD605, using QuickSync.

Today I just realized that it is using the CPU, however I have acceleration enabled

 

Is there a test I can do to see what's going on?

HI, sometimes this might be necessary depending on what you're playing, and how. Just because your hardware supports acceleration doesn't mean it can be used with every single file or transcode.

Thank you for responding quickly.
Today I have tried to play the same video on my computer, force the transcoding by lowering the resolution, and it has been done by hardware.
I don't know what happened, but I'll keep an eye on it.
