Thuzad 50 Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 (edited) Hello, When I try to play an episode of a TV show, I get an infinite loading after a few seconds. I tested it on a browser and it seems to work fine. Emby server: latest beta Samsung TV Emby app: latest version Log sent in PM to @Luke Edited March 31, 2022 by Thuzad
SamES 1057 Posted April 1, 2022 Posted April 1, 2022 @Thuzad, is this only occurring with remote users? @Luke, this feels like the same issue we've been looking at for andreaxheli. (EAC3, transcoding, remote playback freezing). He's confirmed that it's working fine on 4.6.7 stable
Thuzad 50 Posted April 1, 2022 Author Posted April 1, 2022 I'm trying tonight on my samsung TV locally. I'll have to update to the latest version of the application first.
Thuzad 50 Posted April 5, 2022 Author Posted April 5, 2022 Same problem with latest version, log send by PM. On my samsung TV which is on my local network, I don't have the problem. The version of the app is: Emby for Samsung 1.0.88 I need to update to the latest version to test more.

HI, yes can you please try that? Thanks.
Thuzad 50 Posted April 7, 2022 Author Posted April 7, 2022 I don't have the same problem on my local samsung TV. However, I have the same configuration: - My samsumg TV points to the DNS: emby.example - The DNS emby.example points to my local IP (this is the only difference with the user who has the problem) - I am now on my reverse proxy (haproxy) points to 192.168.1.X:8096 Basically, my samsumg TV is not configured to go directly to 192.168.1.X:8096.
SamES 1057 Posted April 8, 2022 Posted April 8, 2022 OK, so just confirming, this is only a problem for remote users?
Thuzad 50 Posted April 8, 2022 Author Posted April 8, 2022 I think so since I don't have the problem, I only had the case for one user...
