PlaybackStart missing Session Transcode Object?

When using the PlaybackStart there is no Session.TranscodingInfo.  If I move the code to PlaybackProgress its filled in, ideas?

 

private void PlaybackStart(object sender, PlaybackProgressEventArgs e)
{
    if (e.Session.TranscodingInfo == null) return; // Im always null.
}

Dunno, what version was it fixed in?

In one of the 4.7 beta releases, although there still could be cases of this happening in theory.
