Emby Server Windows - Not saving watched movies/episodes

I have moved my Emby server to a new computer. Server is installed on an external drive.

After moving the the external drive to the new computer, the server starts fine and I can watch movies without problems, but with two problems:
1. It does not save watched movies/episodes as watched, and if I mark a movie/episode as watched it does not save.
2. New movies added will not show up even if I do a full scan.

Can it be a permission problem, and in that case how to fix it?

Update!

I just realized that the problem started when I added "run Emby as a service" with the program "NSSM - the Non-Sucking Service Manager"
When I stopped the service and started Emby server directly it works. Still I want to have the server running as a service.

I found the solution!

The service logs on with Local System Account.
I changed that to my account that has admin rights, then it work as it should.

I don't know if this is the proper solution, but it works!
