Just won't pull metadata/art/etc... Shows - help please

Hi, I'm having an issue where system is not pulling the graphic art/photos. I'm Running 4.6.7.0 portable Windows64.

I have a library of 2 French shows and this is how it's displayed on home.

 

When I click on the above (view is set to folders and View:Primary, Show Fields:Title) this is what I see. If I switch to Show for view, same thing.

 

If I do edit metadata on each one,  I see that each show is tagged on IMDB, MDB, TBDB.

 

Additionally folders structure are like this and in line with the requirement (Season 1, then Show Name S01E01.mp4)..

This is a huge frustration - what setting am I missing here? I have spent literally HOURS on the metadata issue, and this problem is on both movies and shows.

Would appreciate some help - in particular is there a way to dump all metadata from this particular library and regenerate? I have tried Replace all Metadata and Replace Pictures, it does nothing.

OK, please try refreshing the metadata on one of the shows. If that doesn't pull in anything, then please attach the emby server log. Thanks.

Is there any other library that uses any folders on your Q: drive?

Yes, 4 in total all different folders

That's strange. Do you have a tvshow.nfo file underneath the Selma's Saga folder? If so, can you please provide the contents of it?

I have 2 QNAPs and I sync #1 to #2. It's an hourly sync which will replicate #1 (and delete/change any files in #2 that aren't the same, old etc)

Had Emby pointing to folders on #2, then when sync would kick in it would delete all additional data NFO files, etc... never even crossed my mind until I just checked for NFO files and they disappeared and I though W T H - then I realized what was happening.

However, for the 1 FR show. I had to manually set the poster/main photo as it still wasn't working for whatever reason; I guess there can be glitches from time to time, and I'll leave it at that.

[My only issue/complaint with Emby and I get that this is a limitation (at least for now) is with libraries created from subsets of data from other libraries and search/favorites/latest media not working. Very sad this is not working as this is how I share family media with my remote family and these 3 features are so very important in this case]
