Replacing 'sys' drive without wiping other drives

My main hard drive (i call it system - first drive I installed) has got a bad sector and needs replacing. It only contains whatever qnap has installed and apps I have installed.

I have 2 other drives (TV Shows & Movies). These were added as individual drives, no raid.

Is there a way to replace my main hard drive without the data on the other drives being wiped?

Hi, if it's not a raid setup then why would they get wiped?

That's the impression I got from the qnap forums.

Their not very helpful there. Only seem to want to help people who have raid setups. Think people are idiots otherwise
