it is the last version of android phone : and my phone is samsung galaxy S21 but it is the same problem for apple tablet, all android phone ans windows desktop : 

the only devices that can be unlocked are the firestick / appletv / androidTV

Hi, the problem on android is most likely due to this:

Once the apps are back in the store, the unlock process will work again.
