DVR will only record between 1 and 4 minutes

I set up Emby server running on a Windows 10 PC and streaming to a TCL Roku TV. Everything works fine, except the DVR. I can set it to record a program. However, it will only record between 1 and 4 minutes, then stop recording. Storage space is not a problem, the server has 100GB+ available. I set it up to record to C:\DVR, C:\DVR\Movies and C:\DVR\Series.

I tried recording from both the TV and the server, but get the same results. Any ideas what could be causing this?
